Great Job Everyone! For all three of you guys this was your first time competing and you all did fantastic. You should all be very proud of yourselves. It's hard enough just getting out there. You all did your best and hopefully we'll see you continue to compete in the future.

Updates!

Hello Everybody! Lots of updates so let's get right to it.

First we have Master Grant's Sparring Seminar that was held recently.
It was a blast. He really knows his stuff and if you missed it you definitely missed out on a LOT!

Speaking of Seminars (FREE Seminars) I will be giving the next one on Trapping. Again it's free for all NEPAKarate.com School members and their students. $20 for non-members.
